Photographer’s Note
At around 11 am the gentleman on the right clearly is taking a break. Maybe impressed by the architecture of the Federation square around him, maybe because he had been walking for several hours already.
The Federation Square is Melbourne's meeting place and a unique cultural precinct. Federation Square brings together a creative mix of attractions, including The Ian Potter Centre: National Gallery of Victoria's Australian art, ACMI: Australian Centre for the Moving Image, Champions: Australian Racing Museum & Hall of Fame, National Design Centre and the Melbourne Visitor Centre, along with 15 restaurants, cafes and bars and function centres.
For more information about the history, architecture and design background please see www.federationsquare.com.au.

Hi Harko, its an interesting building. I like your perspective on it. The old guy sitting there gives the scene some colour. I like the way he is isolated here. The feeling of isolation is enhanced by the group walking past on the left. A couple of them are looking over as if wondering about this guy. Nice capture.
Thanks, John

Bonjour Harko,

Hi Harko,
A good shot of this amazing geometric building. I liked this building when we visited, and I see you had nice sunshine for your shot to bring out some nice reflections. Well composed with the group of people and the man resting.

Hi Harko, I really don't know this building, but I can imagine that it might be quite famous and that there are several very cliche like pictures circulating the world. Well, without knowing it I have the impression that you must have done a novel approach here and I like it. One side the busy walking people contrasting the lonely old man resting before he moves on. Very interesting architecture in the background.
