Hi Marilyn,
I have been to Cabarita Beach just 4 weeks ago. It is a wonderful place and the beaches are excellent all the way down to Byron Bay. I live in Redcliffe (north of Brisbane) and sometimes we go south for a few days at the beach. I like the long empty stretches of white sand.
Your picture is good with a nice POV and true NSW colours. Framing the beach with the pandana trees was a very good idea. Well done.
