Dawn at the National Park, looking towards the Pump House.

It was a really cold winter morning, and the sun had just started to come through the heavy clouds.

Fantastic colors, and a great focus point. joop

Hi, Welcome to TE! A well spotted scene. There are little bright spots amoungst the trees which are a bit distracting and suggest oversharpening (do you know what they are?). I would also suggest that a better composition would have been to have the pump house to the left of the image. I've done a workshop to illustrate what I mean - see what you think. Ah well I did, except that the allow WS option was not selected. Cheers, Steve

This is a lovely shot of the serene environments that can be seen in parts of Tasmania and rather uncommonly captured...

The tonal colours gives it a nice ambience, you've captured also a variety of water ripples, I feel this gives the water variety.

I'm surprised to see scattered bits of snow in the background too, didn't expect it..

Welcome to TrekEarth!

A pity this image is so small - it looks lovely but is a bit too difficult to critique some of the technical points at this size. A beautiful composition with soft tones though - I think the original image would be quite something!

Keep posting!
