[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My second photo from our day trip to the Gold Coast in Queensland, and despite my last successful photo which was uploaded, this one was my favourite from the day.

Walking around this area really is bad for your neck.

Very fine composition and a perfekt timing Brendan.I like to find the photographer's ability of seeing in his/her photographs.Well done.
The red plays an important role also.
Cong.!

I agree with schekerli ... a great composition and yes, the timing is perfect. You caught this daily life situation the best way. Great job, Nino.

Pier

Hi Brendan,
Nice picture ! Strong graphical sense and great colors !
Christophe

Brendan: creative and spontaneous picture. I like your simple elemental construction and use of geometry and shapes to tell us a story here. regards, c

hello Brendan,

Indeed a wonderfull shot, although i like the first one too. Difficult to choose !! Great composition.
best regards, inn

Very spontaneous, and evokes instant reaction! Clever Caption, excellent exposure and nice composition.
Nice Work, Brendan!
Best,
Durba

This is marvelous, sunny, warm, makes you think who was in the car, what are they seeing/thinking, composition is great, the way the car is sitting too far over the lines almost makes you think they stopped in a hurry, great shot, well done!

Bonsoir Brendan,
pour moi cette prise est excellente : beaucoup de relief dans les teintes et beaucoup de graphisme apporté par le POV et le cadrage choisis. Bravo !
Xavier

Hello, Brendan--
Nice work here, the strong graphic elements are great, and it almost feels surreal with so much pure geometry upset by one element of human presence. You balanced the red of the crosswalk with the dark background pavement well, and kept just enough of the car in the frame to keep it from distracting from the composition, but rather allowing it to balance it.
thanks!
sam

perfect timing and composition Brendan.
I've got a preference for the previous one but this one is great also.
Good graphism also.

Ah! What a catch! ;) Great photo Brendan! Love the colors, very Australian, very California. Very hot, those terracotta reds of the zebra, the white sunny car and the tanned lady. Love the one one composition with the car on the bottom and the woman on the top. Great zig zag, great photo.

Hi Brendan, beautiful treatment of the colors here and nice graphic composition, the light seems to be quite harsh but doesn't seem to create any problem here, well seen...

Can't really add to much to the other comments, good timing, good colours too, its a fine shot.

Hello Brendan ... a little traffic jam here, everything came to a stop. She makes a move to the beach I suppose ... everything is about beaches in Queensland. Excellent catch, it really has something that I like. Barbara.

Hi Brendan, clever this composition!
i like lot the result!
strong graphic impact and great tones!
ciao!

Brilliantly done, timing was critical there... I wonder whether you did different shots with different color schemes, or it just came out with the right color on the first time.

Could be an ad for cosmetics, lipstick or whetever : it recalls the color range of make up products.

wow, fantastic image Brendan, colors are shifted toward red, but it is a minor flaw, great minimal composition, great timing, bravo

I missed this one completely, Brendon, and it's a killer! Thanks to a quick scan at Luko's recent critiques, really. The girl is in the right place but you know what, it's that CAR that makes the shot IMHO - it's advance across the zebra crossing is perfectly captured and adds immesaurably to the whole.
Best,
Francis
