Very nice close-up work. I particularly like the position of the motion blurred hands and also the little grain on the drums. Also great details of drum logos. Very nicely done.

cool shot my friend. Nicely framed. A bit tight on the left hand? Wouldnt mind a bit looser crop, mayhe show more of the hands to the wrists? The sharpness is good, the low shutter speed too, the shot has energy. Funky stuff. How are you liking this lens? Its the lens I want when I get the 5D.

This is a lovely farewell shot, a going off shot, Brendan. A sophisticated pic, should have gotten more attention, though it is always an honour when Isabelle comes by... You're flirting with danger with these highlights, ate, though not enough to ruin this superior picture. Excellent POV and motion blur on the hands.

one of the best new year´s celebration for me was at the shore in a very very quiet beach eating popcorn and drinking champagne with the sound of the waves breaking at distance, the heat of a bonfire and a tent.
great title, beautiful b&w, Brendan. we can hear the sound of the drums...

A very nice, interestingly peaceful shot for a drumming one, but one that makes sense and is gorgeous in its graphic simplicity. Love the bw treatment, the motion blur of the hands over the drums.
