Photographer’s Note
I first discovered this wonderfuly soft pre dawn light in Bali 3 years ago, it appears to be common in the tropics, this photo of 80 mile beach ( yes it is 80 miles long ) was taken in April 2005. Situated 250km South of Broome, it is a nice stopover from Port Hedaland which is about 350k further south, complete with caravan park, fishing, collecting shells or lazing on the beach, a wonderful spot.
