Sikh Baby

A Punjabi Sikh moter with her baby walking down Bourke Street in Melbourne. I particularly liked the expressions on this little fellows face.
Melbourne is perhaps Australia's most multicultural city - and thank God for that. Every individual can learn something from the next, and cultural groups always gain by respecting others beliefs. I believe this is the basic principle to a healthy and growing society. |

Hi Anthony,
Lovely daily life scene.
Nice double portrait.
Very cute baby.
I like much the feeding-bottle in the bag of the mother and her long beautiful black hairs.

Zdravo Ante. Another inspirational people photo. I don't know how you do it, but they all seem to speak volumes about the human condition. The concentration on the little fellow's face is priceless. The grace of the mother comes across strongly and the bond between the two is even enhanced by the mutual red colour. Well done. Super kao sto kazu tamo. Klaudio.
Anthony,
Your shot here is very telling...the expression on the chubby kid with his ancient ethnic identity etched on his head with teh westernised attire of his mother is surely a sign on that I guess that is very symbolic.
Great.
Prem.
