[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Continuing on the walk around the base of Uluru (Ayers rock)there are many different caves and natural incisions in the rock some of which have a spiritual signifigance to the Anagu Aboriginal people. You are not allowed to photograph the sacred sights and they are clearly marked. Some are mens sights and some are womens sights.

Hallo Wanda,
I have been here myself and although it is just a rock, it is very difficult to make something good out of it in a creative way. Of course the place is photographed to death, so making somenting new is very difficult.
Seeing it from your side you really made something nice out of it with more detail on the rock and using the foreground tree in the composition...really nice.
Regards, Henk

Bonjour Wanda,
Belle composition et belles couleurs. Je ne sais pas quelle optique tu as utilisé mais je pense qu'avec un 5D on peut obtenir plus de détails encore. Bon WE.
Gérard

Hi Wanda,
the rock in its dimensions is here a thing we can only follow by the trees. It is like a big thing not belonging to anything. But itself wonderful structured in different reds.
Good composition and well taken POV (with the small tree in front). The sky is a bit unnatural I think.
Regards Ulf

Hi Wanda a beautifu view of this big natural monument, interesting comment

Beautiful shot, almost abstract because of the very special texture you got on the rocks. Colours are working so well together blue and red. Wonderful shot.

Hi Wanda,
Great contrast between the blue sky and the orange rocks. I like how you framed the picture and the POV. Very good colours and light.

Aires

Hi Wanda,
What spectacular landscape. Wind has left its mark on the rocks. Beautiful combination of colours.
