Photographer’s Note
The BMW Edge, 450-seats amphitheatre is located at the Federation Square, will become a focal point of BMW's commitment to Melbourne and Victoria over the next 10 years. More information about this BMW Edge HERE
It was taken without a Tripod, what do you think about the people here? I tried to avoid but I couldn't.
All comments are welcome.

A very good shot, I like the graphic feel to it. Great compositon and lines. I think the people at the top are needed, to give the photo some kind of context, and I like where they are placed. Well done!

Hi Din great picture. I love the different patterns in this picture. Expecially the middle part. You choosed the right angle here. I don't no if i like the people in the upper left. But this is a good pciture. B & W works well here. Well seen.

Very graphic! I like the repeating structure signing a nice diagonal. A very clever composition with a seat range joining the right lower edge. The B&W processing is beutifully handled. Finally people presence turns this picture into a "living" amphitheatre. Even if they would be positioned better in the foreground, they add to the reality of this scene. A very good shot.

A nice graphic shot !
I am not disturbed by the people; on the contrary, I think they give a welcome human touch in this rigorist universe.
But maybe the top of the photo takes a too important place and disturbs our eye; I think particularly of the reflection in the glass on the left and also the wall in the background.
B&W is a good choice.
I really like this kind of graphic photo, Din, thank you !

Fantastic graphic B&W shot. I quite like the people in the shot but would crop the very top of the pic to get rid of the little bit of window above the back wall. If you crop the people out you get a stunning abstract graphic picture. Very good indeed!

A la limite de l'abstrait ! Bon choix de passer cette scène en N&B pour renforcer les formes de ce lieux .
J'aime bien les gens qui sont assi au fond , il apporte beaucoup a la scène !

It does look like a BMW wheel. This is really graphic and nice diagonal. You can't chose a better color tone. Great shot.

Nice graphic shot that needs the people to add context. I like the sharp diagonal lines of the steps contrasting with the horizontal and vertical lines of the seats.
I might have been tempted to crop a bit lower to lose the distracting background.

Great shot Din! I really like it. B&w tones are superb, everything is sharp and without any noise. Very nice compo also with all this lines.
IMO people are very good addition to this shot, place where they're sitting is accurate to this composition.
Well done!!!

great work here, I like the diagonal lines here, very well seen and taken and you got the students to show the sheer size of the whole place.

I love the different wood grain patterns and angles. Very well spotted and captured. The bottom 2/3's on its own would be very abstract.

A wondeful architectural interior, Din. Great use of diagonals here, with the aisle leading to the lower left corner, and one of the seating rows quite precisely ending in the lower right corner. Like Chris wrote, if you were to crop the people you'd arrive at a purely geometrical piece, but I have to tell you I like this one just as it is. The people add interest and life to the scene. On TL, you might even have kept them as the only colorful elements in this shot ;-) Well done.

What a fantastic shot.!
The perspective and contrast is perfect.
Though you didn't want the people in the shot, I think they are a necessity to create the dimension and character.
Great job!

This is super cool. I say super cool, because it is a welcome departure from your usual night shots (night shots are nice, but breaching out and trying different subject is nicer!). The perspective here is simply wonderful and the human presence is very welcome. If the shot didn't include the people, it wouldn't have been this good. Choice of B&W was perfect. Very well done!

What GREAT symetrie you have here Din. I really like it. Thsi shot would work bot with and without the pepole n it i think. Without them it would be more of an abstract thouhg - for TL mabye? :)
