While walking in the beach of Pennington Bay, Kangaroo Island, I stumbled upon this lonely starfish in the white sand.
I tried to focus mainly on the colors and patterns of the uppermost part of the animal, with its black, white, brown and orange pigments, and I barely made it.
Just cropped the image a little and reduced the brightness.
Commentz plz!

Nice picture, pretty bright, unusual coloured starfish, nice composition and sharpness. TFS
Nice shot! Being so close to the subject your depth of field is very narrow, but you've judged it perfectly here. The simple contrast of colour against the plain sand background is very striking. Well done!
