Christmas day in the Lime Bay State Reserve. I camped in a wonderful area just next to the sea. It was so calm - one of my greatest christmas eves :-)

I like your stray focus. It's certainly original. But I would have liked that the bird be more apparent to the viewer. Although this photo is very intriguing, and makes the viewer's eyes skim it intensely, it does not provide a sufficiently clear idea. And my guess is that you could have counter-balanced this effect by cropping the right sidea bit more.
Without the bird, it would have been a desolating photo. As it is, it seems that the viewer is bound to miss the point.
So, what is your point? :)
