Photographer’s Note

I took this shot on the way home from Montville. Montville is a popular place for tourists nestled in the beautiful mountain ranges of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. There are many scenic views such as this one, and if you like shopping, visit the Montville village, where there a lot of gift shops, restaurants and my favourite....the Sunshine Candy Kitchen....mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

There is a 3-D diorama feel to this photo that is really appealing to the eye. The eye darts from object to object, and is then distracted again. The color balance is also very well done.

Fantastic shot Claudia!

Absolutely beautiful setting, i love the colors and the composition, also perfectly well exposed! I like contrast between green grass, blue sky and white clouds.

A nice one. Isn't this from a place where they serve 'Devonshire Tea'?
The colours are definitelly oversaturized but the way you have chosen the framing compensates this. Fantastic postcard.

Very pretty scenery with the green and blue and fluffy clouds. Nice contrasts and saturation of the colours. Why do they call it Candy Kitchen instead of Lollie Kitchen ?

A landscape shot very much in my liking. The peaceful hill with the scattered trees, curved slopes an fence all set in the well saturated colours is just very nice to view. Simple and effective disposition of the compo. Well done C.
