Photographer’s Note
A tourist road off the beaten track, goes along the top of the Strzelecki ridge to provide spectacular views north across the Latrobe Valley and extending over the Warragul plateau area to the Great Dividing Range and Mount Baw Baw. It's a bright, hazy, calm late afternoon with the haze blurring the distant ranges.

Hello Barry,
Very appealing shot. Well composed with a nice light.
Shame you've lost the mountain backdrop - then again, if you hadn't said, I wouldn't even have known it was there! :)

Very nice composition. I particularly like the way the sharply focused foreground (inlcuding trees, hut, and gate) frame the blue hazy landscape in the background. Looks almost like a water colour painting.

Hi
Very nice Aussie countryside. I like the sweet colours and the composition. As crhieatt says, nobody would imagine there are mountains on teh back without your note!
Congratulations!

Gidday Barry, nicely composed and the mountains in the haze are just great.

Classic view into Gippsland, Barry!
My dad heads out of Melbourne to drive down this road every second weekend, he loves the views so much. Look out for a bright red Peugeot tearing around the bends...
The pine on the right frames your photo very nicely; the hut and fence give it a bit of rural interest.
Well done!
