Tourists are allowed to climb up on top of the Sydney harbour bridge, a wery well known sight of this big city. Of course they were well guided.

The framing works well with the persons at the top of the image and a lot heavy steel undeneath. It shows the scale well and together with the steep slope gives an idea of what an extraordinary experience it must be to walk there. Shooting against the light give a strong graphical quality to the image. Well done.

Great shot, Göran, I like your framing a lot here. It's obviously a tele shot, but it is still very effective. It's interesting that the people are mainly visible as silhouettes, whereas there is some light below showing details of the bridge's steel construction. Very good work!

I love the diagonal angle in this photo. The scale is also well captured. Well seen and done, Göran!

Yes - I saw this was possible at a TV report under the 2000 Olympics. Would like to try this once.
I do agree with Torben, theres something about this concept: Man, Steel and Height.
Like the famous photo of 13 people eating lunch on a NY skyscraper construction.
Good shot - well seen.

A fine picture of how small men are compared to what we build and I like your diagona composition. The sky looks a bit noisy.

That seems a whole adventure to climb above and which sight we have to have! The angle of the photo is very beautiful and the persons indicate us the height of this structure.

Nice shot that shows an activity that most a willing to do when they are away from home, but wouldn't consider on the nearest bridge. I like the way the sun hits the steel... Well seen, nice addition to the "In the shdow" theme.

I hope they're not afraid of heights...

Having completed the Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb myself, I think you did a great job of capturing the immensity of the bridge and tiny size of the group of climbers. The lighting is really nice and it seems as if this was a morning climb. I climbed at night, seeing all the sights lit up and boat lights glide across the harbour. This is something that I would recommend to anyone who is going to be in the Sydney area. Thanks for sharing.
