ahahaha belle photo tu fais une course avec les autruches
par contre cela est dommage que les arbres soient aussi foncé je trouve qu'il manque de la couleur

funny picture, the composition and the perspective are very good - you took it from a car?? and I like the wide red road and the way those "chicken" run, their legs in motion, it is cool.

A great big belly laugh... Yes, an Emu tends to be a little like an Ostrich. It is possible that they have not seen a car in a while. It is not often than one would pass by. In this case I would agree with you. Australian animals have evolved a little differently from the rest of the world's species. Australia is the only place on earth where there are still monotremes - egg laying mammals, the echidna and the platypus - and marsupials. Most animals are not as evolved, nor clever, as their European counterparts. Thus, the chicken would have more sense than an Emu. Thanks for this shot it is very humorous. It allows me to recollect my past 8 lives of near misses.
