Very wellcome to TE and have also a nice stay here. As I have a Personal Sea Surf Theme in my Portfolio, the picture called my attention and I will if you don't mind include in my theme, that have also a picture of TE member WESWANG. Excelent scanned image of this sportiv activity. Good enquadrement, colors, atmosphere and composition.

Hi Darren...cool shot.
Like the way you have framed it with the waves coming in parallel. The surfer on the wave is an added plus.

Nice subject Darren. Even without the surfer it would have looked great. I have always been fascinated by those swell "trains". Living in Paris, it's hard to see this very often, even by high tide, but I saw this a few times in South Western France in Lacanau...

Just like you, I can't believe this guy is alone on these 3-4' offshore lefts. Maybe it's too sharky or shallow... Or simply in the middle of nowhere ;o)

Hi Darren,
the photo is really very well scanned, the quality of the colors is excellent!
The surfer is balanced from the rocks on the left and the white wake of foam is outstanding.
Really very well seen and composed.
My only critique is the little tilt of the horizon... you now, we are on TE!! ;D))
