Photographers Note
Australian aborigines, native people of Australia who probably came from somewhere in Asia more than 40,000 years ago. In 1996 the population of aborigines and Torres Straits Islanders was 386,049, 1.5% of the Australian population as a whole and slightly more than the estimated aboriginal population of 350,000 at the time of European colonization in the late 18th cent. At that time, there were 500600 distinct groups of aborigines speaking about 200 different languages or dialects (at least 50 of which are now extinct). Although culturally diverse, these groups were not political and economic entities and lacked class hierarchies and chiefs. They lived by hunting and gathering, and there was extensive intergroup trade throughout the continent.
Note: Now, they are givein' pose to the tourists for one dollar :(

Even if the image is posed for $$ it still makes for a strong a striking photograph. Great eye contact and colour.

Bahadir, another great image.
The composition is certainly unique--cutting faces in half is not classic textbook technique, but my how it works here :)
For balance, and to repeat the 'half a face' technique from the right side, I had a look at cropping out a section of the left side, directly in line with the bridge of the nose of the left-most person. I've not posted it though, I'm reluctant to muck around with someone else's work for all to see :)

Iyi Günler Bahadir
Nice to call me up so it made me wonder again in your gallery and stopped by this very inspirational shot with those hands and even your tight frame on the faces is very balanced in the whole concept of your capture.
Very inspirational to me
No matter I like to come back here to see this once again.

A wonderfully cropped photo, Bako.
The balance of three part faces and three hands is great, add the colour and it makes a supurb photo.
Thanks,
Kevin

Great shot of these colorful black Aborigine men. I guess that was kinda redundant since the indigenous Aborigines people of Australia and most the southeast Asian are black.
