Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken walking along the cliff top at Watson's Bay around 20K/m from Sydney after a day of Whale watching.
I like the peacefulness which summed up exactly how that day had been - there's also something about lighthouses isn't there. I mean is the idea of living in one more romantic than the reality.

Tim,
A picture that is easy to like. Colours are great and the scene is not too complicated. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Tim, nice peaceful scene. I like the low light of this afternoon. If I may comment on the composition: the picture has perhaps a bit too much empty space. The sky and the grass on the left can be cropped. This will also give the lighthouse an off-centered position which will make the picture more dynamic. I did this in a small Workshop; I hope you don't mind me playing with your photo. Did you have a successful day of whale-watching?

Nice composition but it's underexposed at the right of the image. I would have tried to take the picture with a polarizer filter...
