Photographer’s Note
It's probably not what you expect to see in Australia in summer... However, Melbourne (and surrounding region) is famous for the unpredictable weather. On the other hand rain and mist are as beautiful as the sun shining the other day.
This picture is the last in the series of Alfred Nicholas Gardens. In fact this one is a bit tilted too (just like No III in the series. However, I do not fixt it - you can only notice that looking at the reflection of the tree in the water.)

This is a beatifully composed photo. I love the bridge, the pond, and the tree branches in the foreground. You've done a great job with the photo. I know the mood you wanted was the misty day, but I wanted to see what it would look like a bit brighter so I posted a workshop.

Looks like the place in LOTR where Arwen gave the Evanstar to Aragorn. Great thing to look at.

Well inspired Ed!! I really like the atmosphere! I almost agree with jrz concerning the reference to Rivendell ;-) But only almost of course ;-) Nice shot, thanks!

strong composition...the bridge is well captured and the leaves at the top of the photo make a noce contrast with the parts of the photo that are partly covered with fog (i am mainly talking about the tree on the left)...you did a good job with the pond too...
great work!
cheers
