Part 2 of the storm in Brisbane, a vibrant, violent summer storm, we sometimes love and sometimes fear. This one see's a young lady battle the wind and almost horizontal rain.

Hi Justin, Yes, the black and white photos have a very special appeal. Bad weather is a domain for monochrome images. Your photo is a good example of this. Everything looks realistic and authentic. Well done.

I am not a huge fan of smartphone photos, but in this case I must admit that it works really well for the situation and the subject. The storm looks pretty unpleasant indeed and the black and white with the vignetting is just what makes it work. The stormy mood and the distress of the lady come across really nice here.
have a great weekend

Nothing really to say about this one that's different from the last: just to register my admiration for your vision and technique!

it is blurred, grainy, overexposed, has a cut tip of foot, some unidentified black thing (trunk) to the left and a too dark area to the right. but you know something? the overall thing here is just GREAT!
haven't you finished moving your house yet? i miss u on TE.

We feel the storm by the movement of the umbrella, the man sheltering at the back and the overexposed street!
Hats off for this vision
