Photographer's Note

Hamersley Gorge is at the western end of Karijini National Park and is distinguished from other gorges by the incredible waves in the rocks caused by folding. I saw a couple of people diving in for a swim in one of the pools there but they didn't stay in for long - the water was very, very cold.
