Nice and tortured tree. The light is good. A short description of your shot should be nice... :-)

Interesting tree (would love to know more about it), I would suggest taking the photo when the light is better to give it some shadows and textures. I would also try to avoid the fence, think that without it you may be able to create gnarly feeling to the image. Sky is also blown out.
I like the composition here.

interesting tree. the roots are well spread with nice curves. i just hope the grass are not there to provide more view on the right roots...rgds

The tree is called a Moreton Bay Fig, named for it's native area, near Brisbane. They have these huge buttress roots, and eventually send down air roots from the branches, similar to the banyan tree.
I love the way the tree is to one side of the photo, with the bamboo and the picket fence in the background.

Haven't seen too many trees that look like this one. The sky looks a bit off, but the tree is wonderful Nice composition.

This is a classic.
Only God can be responsible for such beauty.
