Such a nice building. Too bad thoughtless person had to string wires all over the place.
I think this one would benefit from a bit of perspective adjustment and cropping off a bit of the right.
I'd even consider going to the effort of cloning away the power/telephone lines to clean up the shot.
A bit more contrast and some sharpening will probably help as well.
