A great shot as a memorial Lisa and the deep blue of the ocean and the pale of the pool are great. A good capture of the breaking wave.

The wildness of the waves shows the violence of the suddenness!
Please accept my condolences,

Ahh,,,North Curly, the memories of this familiar place I grew up near is great to see on TE. This is fantastic moment you have captured with the big waves hitting the rock. Curly always has big powerful waves and this really represents the magnificent beaches and grand headlands of Sydney.
Outside of the likes of Bondi, the tourists would find that Sydney has some remarkable and better beaches that seem to stretch as far as the eye can see. These are some of the finest beaches and headlands in the world.
I love the dedication to your friend and am sorry for your loss.

Sorry to hear the loss of your friend. Iam sure this well timed and composed shot is a fitting tribute for her.
It seems to me that you were hanging around the rock pools day and night, to come up with all sorts of fantastic shots. I dont know of any rock pool in Melbourne for me to do that.

how powerful mother ocean is - just the same as friendships.

Precise and impressive moment, Lisa, as the big swell was pounding against the rocks and pool.
taken from a high and safe distance, nature's force with it's grandeur.
A nice gesture as well.
