Photographer’s Note
Fire is as essential to the Australian landscape as water. The devastation th Kinglake fires had upon the commnity was brutal, but we must stop and realise that nature is brutal. To think that it should be different for mannkind, means that we are seperating ourselves from the rest of the animal kingdom. Nature is unforgiving which should be a lesson to all of us that life is more precious then what we take it for.
