Photographer’s Note
Surf life savers testing their rubber craft out in the small swells. Taken during a walk along the cliffs between Bondi and Clovelly.
These volunteers do a great job and get a lot of comradeship and sense of contributing to society in return.

Hello Murray,
I am delighted to be among the first to critique this action shot. The colors overall are compelling; the composition, with the boat heading in a diagonal direction across the frame, is flawless. And the overall view for those of us suffering through a cold winter is frustrating — I would rather be down under.
I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. It has been a pleasure to get to know you on Trekearth this past year.

Hi Murray,
The capture of the surf done by the moving boat is an asset to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the boat. The presence of the persons in the boat has an effect of scale. The intensity of the light has a good effect on the colors. have a nice day.
