[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In the south western corner of Western Australia, 100kms northeast of the town of Albany, lie the ancient Stirling Ranges. Rising to almost 1,100 metres at their highest (Bluff Knoll), the mountains are famous for their abundance and diversity of wildflowers in spring: they are also one of the few places to occasionally experience a rare winter snowfall in the state of Western Australia.

Hi Jeff,
An impressive stitch, but also an impressive landscape. The air is so fresh, so bright with wonderful light over the fields and the mountains in the background. Your composition with the road is classic, but everytime a joy to see it like this.
This image really deserves more attention..!!!
Regards, Henk

Hi Jeff .
A perfect panorama which invites one to step into the landscape - especially the large version of your photo does !
The colours are warm and natural and the late afternoon light and shadows brings even more life to the panorama!!
Perfect point of view , perfect cropping also !
My compliments !
Dorte.

Hi Jeff,
Nice composition. Moreover I like the soft blue colors of the mountains.I think they are famous for the color change in this spectrum.
Thank you for sharing

Hello Jeff,
Wonderful panorama with such a beautiful light ! I love the blue and orange contrast. The composition is really good, roads are great to compose photos. Beautiful landscape.
Thanks a lot for sharing,
Marion

Wow, talk about beautiful mountains! The view is splendid with the smooth looking mountains giving the image an awesome backgraound. I assume that the valley is almost at sea level making the elevation gain quite high. Nice colours and details. This place is a dream! Thanks Jeff.
