Photographer's Note

Back to this heavenly place called Monkey Mia, a World Heritage Site gulf of the Indian Ocean on the west coast of Australia, just under 1,000 kms north of Perth.
And back to this jetty that I had already presented you, but this time in vertical format.
The name 'Monkey Mia' is a little strange considering you mainly find dolphins but several theories try to explain it. 'Mia' is the Aboriginal term for home or shelter, while the Monkey part of the name is allegedly derived from local pearl divers or boats or even some of their passengers...the mystery lives on!
