Photographer's Note
I went on a trip to Australia this year and took a day trip visit to this island, it was so beautiful, if you are ever in Western Australia consider a visit. No cars are allowed, you take a ferry over and then either rent bicycles or get a ticket for a bus that circles the tiny island and can drop you off at different beaches. The island is inhabited by quokkas, little marsupials that are actually very cute. The island got it's name because some early explorers thought they were rats and Rottnest refers to "rats nest". So the so called rats are not rats, they aren't even rodents, and they are very cute.

Such a terrible name for such a beautiful place. Almost impossible to take a bad picture of it, I'll bet. Yours captures a good portion of both rock and water. If I'm ever lucky enough to visit Australia, I will remember this place thanks to your photo.
