After driving the best part of 10,000km across Australia and through the Pilbara we arrived in Perth where we stayed in an old cottage in the old port town Fremantle. Fremantle still has many splendid and colourful colonial buildings.
This street (High St) is fully lined at the port end with old buildings but was very quiet on the Saturday morning when I took the photo as many of the buildings belong to a university.
The photo was taken from Fremantle's oldest public building, the 1831 Round House, originally a small prison.

A very attractive composition showing lots of detail of the colourful colonial buildings in their settings along the street. Apart from the cars and people it looks like a set from a period movie. Well done.
