Credo is about 100km north west of Kalgoorlie.
Credo Conservation Park used to be a pastoral lease (until 2007), first set up in 1906 for grazing cattle and later for sheep (for wool). The area lacks reliable water so it was never very successful.
Near the old homestead is a collection of old trucks and farm machinery rusting away. This used to be a school bus and according to the caretaker was a V8 Ford.
Now, I said that there is a shortage of water but if there is big rain, as very occasionally happens, then the whole place gets flooded. This area was under a metre of water a few years ago.
For people wanting to stay there is "rustic" (ie very basic) accommodation available in the old shearers quarters. You can also camp there.

Great shot of this old bus in the outback. Love the saltbush / bluebush in the background. Good composition and exposure

What a strange name, Credo, which means "I believe" in Italian! Makes you wonder how anyone could believe in anything in this unforgiving place. Great Outback shot, I love the deep colours and the rusty textures. Pity my school bus never looked like that! Excellent shot, thanks for sharing.
PS: Thanks for the nice comment about the wee niece. Everyone should sing The Wiggles at least once a day :)

Looks like the aftermath of some bushfire disaster or terrorist attack! Striking warm cold colour contrasts between the red and blue. good sharpness. The diagonal axis of the old bus adds dynamism. Good density and levels with superb color saturation. The flat tyres add interest and authenticity. Tfs!

A nice scene of desolation and decay, with the expanse of the desert in the background. I can't believe (non credo) that anyone would look upon this area of bare red dirt and scattered spiky bushes and say "What a great spot for a sheep farm". People who try to farm these places deserve all the misfortune that befalls them.
