[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Spring shots are not fashionable these days on TE when the autumn colour is out there near most members, but in some parts of the world it is spring, and those yellow Canola/colza/rapeseed/mustard fields beg to be photographed, even if the oil they produce is vile but cheap, and will never be a substitute to olive oil in my kitchen. This is taken along route an alternate route to the Albany-Perth highway, north of the Stirling Range national park. I shot dozens of "yellow fields under a stormy sky" that day, but will pause next week to upload some autumnal photos from previous years before they go out of fashion.

Hello Tan,
this picture is well composed, the path leads our look to the horizon line. The yellow color is very flashy.
Well done
Luan

Great colours! We have these fields in Sweden too, glowing in yellow in the middle of summer. I like the contrast between the troublesome sky and the yellow field. Another favourite photo!

Beautiful Tan. Maybe I would have tried, if possible, to put the horizon a bit higher. Anyway, a beautiful photograph here.

Hi Tan. Yes I am getting overloaded with the fall color shots myself and seeing this recharges my system. It looks like you had the polarizer set to 100% which does great things to the sky. Of course the dirt road effortlessly guides our eyes through the shot. Excellent shot Tan!!

Hi Yilmaz
You mentioned that all your images ar scanned. Well, you have done quite an impressive work that provides your images that are standard to digital image.
Well, what you got here is a very good quality scanned image.
Moreover, the use of polarise in your image do provide a good result. No degrading of colors. Impressive tehnique.
Well done, Yilmaz.

Wonderful shot! The colours are so vivid, especially that yellow. The road is well placed to involve the viewer in the scene. Again you manage to get a very dramatic sky - I have to find out what your secret is. Great work!

Strong colours, dramatic clouds, very good depth with the road taking me to the infinit.
But what happened with the sharpness? It was so windy?(motion blurr)? Even the clouds were "runing" so fast?
Sorry, Tan...
Good note.

Wow!
Fantastic landscape.Nice colours and good depth of field.Well done.

Hi Tan,
Great composition with this path literally disappearing into the colza fields. I love the saturated colors due to the polariser. The clouds are really awesome too. Looking forward to seeing more of these soon.
Have a nice day.

Hi Tan,
lol, you're in advance, usually colza pictures are in May on TE !
Great sky, good light, as usual.
It's a place where Laura Ingals could be happy... ;-)

It's a very successfull shot, cloudsmoving away bring perspective, deepth. Colors are very strong, very intense. The shadows of the clouds on the field are very interesting, it's breaks monotony. Once again sharpness coud have been better but it's a detail.

Cool shot Tan;

I really like the wide angle feel to this shot. The brightness of the yellow really stands out in the photo. Good amount of detail, and an interesting sky to finish off he photo well.

Nice work!
- Dan

Hi Tan,
A priceless and timeless shot. The canola fields seem to spread endlessly toward the horizon and one wants to travel the road with a camera and backpack. The exceptional lighting, billowing sky, and textured brown road all combine for a great landscape worthy of this large and rambling country. Wonderful capture.
Later grn.

U are very good in landscape photography. The cloud just over the horizon, the shadow of the cloud over the land, the road directed to the inward of the pic everything assimilates to build up a great pic like this.
I did not make any mistake to add u in my fauvorite list.

Hi Tan

A superb color contrast, between both the red road & yellow canola, & the blue sky. Well done!

C'est vraiment magnifique, quelles belles couleurs et quelle profondeur! Les ombres des nuages sur les fleurs qui donne des tons de vert font vraiment beau!
Caroline

Hi Tan,
You got really very beautiful spring colors and the intense yellow flowers contrasted very well with the sky, and the road on the middle of the field made the picture much more interesting. Another great one.
Regards,
Ricardo

Hello Tan,
The ultimative spring colour collection - indeed! Very well saturized With the Superia Reala and polarizer. The track looks almost too green and I think too heavy. A wider angle with a smaller track would be even more impressive. Good that it leads the eye almost up to the horizon. Well done. Thomas

Serwus Tan !
Magnificent scenery. Yellow fields seem to be neverending and heavy clouds and their shadows really make the ambiance of the place. This is very well considered composition in excellent quality.
Be well,

one of your best pics.

A beautiful scene, Tan, which despite having lived half my life in Australia, I have never seen with my own eyes. You've captured this well under that glorious light. I agree, nothing can beat good old olive oil - it's been around for centuries and will be for many more. Cheers . . . David

Hello Tan, this one has a nice composition and the combination of the yellow fields with the stormy sky is just fantastic. The road leads into the picture. Well done. TFS. Michael
