The town of Victor Harbour lies on the Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia. Just off the coast is Granite Island, connected to the town by a long bridge that has a horse-drawn tram running across it. This photo shows the wonderful orange lichen that grows on the island's nicely rounded granite boulders.

une belle palette de couleurs, j'aime bien le cadrage autour de ces pierres avec le contraste de l'eau

belles couleurs ocrées des lichens qui contrastent bien avec le vert et le bleu profond de l'océan.

Without looking at the location, I thought you'd been to the Bay of Fires in Tassie or to Kangaroo Island. This orange lichen is so attractive and the superb chromatic render indyour photo has brought out the best that this landscape can offer. I like the tight framing, the excellent sharpness which has emphasised beautifully the textures of the rocks. There is a real sense of unspoilt nature here. Nice work, thanks for sharing.
Have a lovely Friday
