Granite Island is just over a cause-way from Victor Harbour (around 80 kilometers south of Adelaide, and can be accessed on foot or via a more romantic horse drawn tram. Famous for it's collection of penguins (which I have yet to see).
I've given the picture a hint of extra brightness, but feel the colour is a little lacking in the sky. I'm hoping that my new Nikon D70s with it's Polariser will help bring out more blue skies.

Like this pic with all the granite rocks in the foreground.Nicely composed. I agree the sky could have been darker but these things happen! I have a lot of fond memories of this place, been going there for years. Have actually seen a penguin once!
