Photographer’s Note
First image in a series taken during the Adelaide Festival of Arts. Light is projected onto the surface of the building to create the effect seen here. Every few minutes the illumination changes, creating radically different views of the same building.
Although this picture of the South Australian Art Gallery looks hand drawn this is the effect of this floodlighting. No modifications have been made through post production software. This image is as it was photographed! Watch for more shots of this building with other illuminations!
