About 100kms south of Darwin lies the small town of Bachelor, often known as the gateway to Litchfield Park. Also known, in no particular order, for butterflies, uranium, WWII air force bases and mangos.
Just a quick photo of the back fence of a large mango farm - to the left- with Aboriginal land to the right. It was a relatively cool day for the "Dry Tropics" at about 34 degrees C, but hot enough for a boy who was now acclimatised to the milder climes of sunny Brisvegas.
Again, just a shot of a part of Australia not that many people go to.
Most tourists get to Darwin, look at a few crocs, look at a few waterfalls, then shoot off down south.
