The foliage at the middle is an excellent inclusion slightly covering the skyline with the human element at the bottom giving us a sense of scale. Nice shot of the dominating shrine giving us a sense of depth.
Well done.

Albert

Santo,

Looks like you have started having fun with the D200. Excellent sharpness in this shot. I used to think that if I have been to a place, there is no point going again. That has changed by becoming a TE member.

Melbourne has got so much to offer, more I realise it the more I look through the viewfinder.

The frame is very good. The saturation is very good. Trees showing signs of autumn.

Cheers
Kamran

Well composed image using the shrine to frame the view through the park to the Melbourne skyline. Excellent depth and many details to admire. Well done
Kath

Hey,
Good capture of the skyline of melbourne, with a big focus on that Shrine.
Nicely framed in the panoramic style.
Dave

Hi Santo.
A goreous urban landscape.
I like the foreground's artwork and the human figure walhing on the right.
Well done.
Best regards.
Bobo.

Hello Santo,
This is a fine composition, where the beautiful park and city skyline also are important elements!
Well balanced and a fine sense of depth, sharp details...
And of course I notice the autumn colours in the foliage!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Santo,
a nice composition and play of diferent architectural elements in style, purpose and ages. The inclusion of that person to the right corner gives an interesting balance to the shrine at the left.
Peter

Hi Santo,
A fine composition with excellent depth, sharpness in all areas and the path leads your eyes into the city well. The few colours are heavily saturated, but they take up so little of the photo that it only adds to it. Nothing bad I can say really, nice shot!
Regards
Lee

Hi Santo, I went up there a while ago looking for images looking down on the city, but something as imaginative as this escaped me completely. Excellent shot, perfect DOF & compo. BTW, we are almost neighbours - I'm in collingwood. Cheers, Steve

Hello Santo. Australian cityscapes are always stunning with space and greens making the contrast well. I like this view of the downtown from this square with the statue anchored well on the sweet spot. Nice pleasant sharp image and very well done. Thanks for sharing and best regards. Jusni

Hello santo. The picture is very interesting. It shows a piece of this great city. Outstanding composed and photographically realizes. Best regards, Wolfgang.

hi Santo

Are you using tripod? This is very sharp view for a well composed landscape. The shrine has been given prominence at left as FG, with the city skyline nicely captured. Good color contrast of green grass, colorful trees. Inclusion of people walking about gives a sense of scale.

tfs, bill

It is a great picture of an always changing Melbourne skyline. It is now 17 years since I last was at the Shrine of Remembrance and the view is totally different and much better.

Hi Santo, splendid view of wonderful city, fantastic perspective and wonderful colors, very well done, have a good week end, ciao Silvio

Ciao Santo,
a parte la buona nitidezza e la eccellente definizione dei dettagli di questa foto, ciò che mi piace di più è il curioso contrasto tra i grattacieli sullo sfondo e il monumento in primo piano. Ottima composizione, bravo.
Ciao e buona settimana.
Paolo.

Hi Santo,

very good one. I like a lot the composition and compliments for the DOF.
