[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this sunset photo from the beach at Birubi Point, Anna Bay, which is located in Port Stephens. The golden hues of the sunset were beautiful and made the water sparkle. It was a lovely evening and there were many fishermen around.

G'Day Claudia,

Good to see that you are still posting. I adore this photo; it is quintessentially Australian - the broad hat, the fishing rod and the setting sun over a foaming sea. Looks wonderful. I like how the person is reflected in the glossy sand below. The burst of wave action over the rocks looks great also, and was frozen in motion in your 1/2500 sec capture. The wedge of light that funnels down from the sky brings some interesting illumination to the scene. I will have to visit the Port Stevens/Anna Bay area. Well done!
