Photographer’s Note
When I was fossicking for specimens of Toongabbie Crinoidal Marble at the weekend at an old disused Quarry about 18 Kilometers from Toongabbie, I could not resist taking a shot of this wild Daisy along the track. Whilst I was setting up the tripod and adjusting the Camera settings, the next time I looked through the viewfinder this little wild bee came along. Bonus!

Hello Peter,
A very nicely composed macro shot with the double flower and the inclusion of the bud at the lower left corner. You have got the bee in sharp focus and that is the main thing, a bit of reflection from his compound eyes and wings helps a great deal. Excellent bokeh.
Regards
Alfred
Ps. I was talking to Bill today and he told me you are the Peter we met at Melbourne's TE meeting. Well, it didn't occur to me when I first saw your critiques. Sorry, Peter. I am an idiot!

Bonjour Peter,
je découvre ta galerie, vraiment faire de photos très variées, couvrant une vaste gamme de sujets et souvent très colorées.
Ici, un close-up d'une très grande qualité avec une profondeur de champ très faible qui crée un relief fabuleux.
Amicalement.
Daniel
