Driving along the Western Freeway on my way back from Daylesford in the Spa Country, I saw the rain approaching and the rainbow starting to form, but because I was on a highway, it was a matter of keeping my fingers crossed that I would be able to find a suitable place to pull over AND get a decent view with a good foreground. Well, it seems I did, eh?
Even though we are alrready into winter here, it is still very dry in the west of Victoria, especially, so any rain is extremely welcome.
Apart from cropping out a fence in the foreground and a gentle adjustment of the curves, nothing else needed to be done on this image, I felt.

Ray, this picture looks dramatic in a subtle way. I like the hint of the rainbow right at the middle of it. Good texture of the ground too. Excellent picture.

I didn't notice the rainbow on the thumbnail but even then it looked like a class pic. I'm a sucker for blue skies with interesting cloud formations, and this pic falls into that category. The shadows and depth enhance the pic too. Out of points, will add later.

Belle photo qui, je pense, aurait gagné à en raviver les couleurs. Je l'ai essayé et c'est pas mal. Bravo
