Photographer's Note
Ophelia is an official face of Melbourne. The sculpture was created by a local artist Deborah Halpern and is located at the heart of Melbourne - outside the Southgate complex at Southbank. Ophelia has two faces, so she is overlooking her city in both directions.
Included in the workshop is an image showing what the whole sculpture looks like.

Hi Izabela
not sure how I have missed your wonderful gallery of images, but now that I have found it will be sure to visit often. This jumps out of the t/nails and is even more imposing full size. The detail and colours are striking and even more so set against a blue sky. Effective crop and immaculate execution.
Regards - Brian.

Hello Izabela,
This is a very unique mascot. Exactly what is Ophelia? Is she an animal of some kind? I like the tight crop and the brilliant colors. You also have a great blue sky. This photo is an interesting explosion of color! :-)

I like the connection between this post and your user name (Curious_Eye), is this a coincidence? Good pov and dof with sharp details. I like the tight cropping and wonderful colors with good saturation. Well done, tfs.

Hi Izabela !!
I had a look at the image in the workshop as I was curious to see a sculpture like this in Melbourne by an Australian artist........ it is big..... it is colourful and it is very nice.
What I like in the other version are the lips..... so your crop is a bit extreme.
I will make the point to go and see it next time I come to Melbourne.
Have a nice Sunday.
Cheers
Gus
