Photographer’s Note
I know this is more suited to TL, but it's a '1 off'
I no longer have a good macro lens. Taken just after a very light shower of rain. I have no idea what type of flower it is. It was unusual to see this particular flower curled up into a distinct geometric shape. (Compare with the flower on the left.)

Beautiful shot, Chris. The pov is really good and allows us to appreciate the star shape. The raindrops are a big bonus - they look so fresh. Elegant composition and nice dark background with good dof. Nice.

Something different from you, today, Chris - actually it's not that different, in that it fits into your portfolio that shows a distinctive eye and preference for patterns and shapes. Beautiful simplicity in the close-up of the blossoms, and the way the light falls on the droplets gives almost a 3D effect. Very nice.

The flower on the right is stil close. That's why it looks beautiful when compared with the other. Not that different as Norbert said.
Well done Chris. Thanks for sharing...
