Hi Marlene,
Wonderful perspective. Framed very well.
Corrogated Iron creating a frame within a frame adds to this nostalgic rural scene. The small holes in the iron sheets brings back memories of my childhood days in far western NSW. You have captured and presented us with typical outback colours. Great focus central on the Old Girl. Yes, lovely shot.
Have a nice weekend,
Graham.

Hello Marlene,
i think that's really a typical scene from remote areas. (there are no junkyards ;-))
I find your POV very succesful with the corrugated iron as second frame. Colours and sharpness pretty good, too. TFS

Hello Marlene
The colours of the car and the grass are similar, it means that the car will come back to the earth in a few......centuries!Good POV, sharpness and framing

A great one Marlene,
I do like old wrecks and remnants of previous lives. This one really captures all that with great use of the shed metal - but identifying it as a 1939 Ford?
cheers

Hi Marlene,
Nicely captured piece of rust. Good framing. Colour of dry grass goes well with rust. Those wire even increase feeling of abandonment.

Hi, Marlene -
Great clarity and perspective, and good framing, too. A nicely captured mix of rust and grass; very evocative of the passage of time.
Best,

Hello Marlene,
this poor truck.. or, rather, the remainders of the truck! Machines are like humans... with their own fate.
A sad and interesting photo. Very good POV.
It's a pity, though, that there is something blocking the view and what is right above the truck. Was it possible to move the camera a tiny bit lower?
Warmest greetings from Moscow,
Elena
Have a good weekend :)

Hi Marlene,
I think old rusty vehicles sometimes can be excellent artworks, especially if they are located in the right environment. If this had been an old Indian motorcycle, I would have booked the next flight to Australia :) Very beautiful patina, perhaps even more beautiful in the evening sun. I also like the corrugated iron as a frame, great idea !
Have a nice weekend.

Hi Marlene,
I think it will be a very difficult job to fix this car and make it ready to participate on one of the many old-timers festival, everywhere in Europe.
I have always a fascination for these perishing glory.

dear Marlene,
this wasted feeling of all objects are well contrasted simply bright sun light.
the nature always shows us the tender indifference, and in this your shot I can feel it cheerfully and patheticly.
surely it is natural and nice to come back original state for everything on the earth, that scene is always beautiful.
thank you,
Akihisa
