Photographer’s Note
This photograph was taken on Frasier Island, the largest sand island in the world. This formation is known as the pinnacles and is the result of sand mounds that have accumulated different minerals, giving the sand a beautiful variety of colors.

The lateral lines of sea, beach, cliffs and sky in differing tones and colours work well. Did you use a polorizing filter to get the sky that blue?

Hi Matthew
Welcome to TE. I have been here and photographed these pinnacles. I plan on posting a shot from there soon but from a different POV. Good colour here and the exposure is well handled. I like the reflections in the wet sand.
