Photographer's Note

Girraween National Park, is an elevated mountainous plateau area, about 250 km south west of Brisbane. Taken from near the top, of one of the 2 granite outcrops, known as "The Pyramids". This area is over 1,000 metres above sea level, & occasionally gets snow. This year, only sleet. The old apple orchards at the bottom, long since abandoned, are now part of the park. Over 44 wineries & vineyards, surround this national park on the Qld / NSW border.
