Photographer’s Note
This church is located in the historic gold mining town of Ravenswood about an hour and a half drive from Townsville in North Queensland. There are several restored buildings in this sleepy little town of yester year (mid-late 19th Century). This church is still used today - beautifully retained internally as well.

Hi Robert,
Excellent details captured in the picture and the sky is nicely saturated (CPL?) The composition is nice and balanced. Impressive shot overall.
Thanks for sharing

I can see, not very active here on TE. Last posting in Dec 08 and last critique even further back, Jan same year. No time? I guess.
It is absolutely amazing to se a big church isolated in the middle of no where. I would say, very Australian. It is an excellent photo with great light and superb colours. Well done.
