Photographer’s Note

Minutes after the plane took off from Gold Coast airport, I saw this out of the window of the plane. All I know it is a river meandering thru the cultivated landscape, not knowing the exact location. Perhaps, some TE members from Queensland can tell me.

Nice sharp image with good detail & excellent colour. The patterns on the land are really interesting. A difficult task trying to get a good image out the aeroplane window, I think you have done really well here.

Nice overview from the plane, the blues in the water look amazing, with the greens also complimenting them well. Good sharpness and composition, very well done, it is hard to get a capture from the planes window.

Fantastic aereal view. I love the way the river winds around and the contrast between the deep blue and the graphic greens. The sharpness is excellent despite being in the plane.

From a plane? Wow, that's maybe the best shot i've ever seen from a plane. Details and colours are extrme high, you were really lucky with this view. Pictures from above are always something special, this is no exception to that rule, matter of fact it's beautiful in light, colour and composition...from a plane, wow..!!!

Hi Alfred, I saw this one the other day, and had to come back to it. This is an awesome shot of the river in Queensland. The light you have on this (without overdoing it) has given you some excellent textures and beautiful colour in this scene. I hope to be able to get up someday in the air to shoot some shots. If I can get something like this I'll be thrilled.
