The exposure of this 'statue' is well done - the details are all very clear and sharp and the reflected light is well captured. The very slight blurring of the background is actually a positive thing in the way it makes the figure stand out. However, I can see that you have cropped it, and I wonder if you haven't confined the figure too tightly in the frame. The edges are a bit close to the figure; it needs a bit more space around it. I don't know if you had the left hand in the original, but that would have been something to pay attention to when composing it. Also, it might have been a good idea to attempt a different angle of view - getting down a bit lower to look up, or moving back a little to capture a bit more of the street scene on the left side of the photo - this would make the fellow seem to be looking into the space in front of him a bit more. The subject also demands slightly narrower proportions, I think, which also would require stepping back a bit.
I hope these comments are useful to you.
Regards and happy new year,

The exposure and light are well done, as is the aperture and focus. He is framed well. I posted couple of pics of mime I saw in Kuala Lumpur..there is something amusing yet eerie about these guys.

The figure stands out well from the rest of the photo which is excellent, however the man in the background with the newspaper is a little distracting
