Photographer’s Note

Ellinja falls is one of many waterfalls that cairns has to offer,on this day there were turtles there sunning on the rocks which i have in another photo.The falls themself were quite hard to shoot as it was mid afternoon & sunny & also crowded with tourists,had to wait about 30 mins to get a photo with out any one in it.

Hi Brad. Nice exposure at a difficult spot where the sky tends to be bright and the immediate area in the shade. Lovely depth and excellent clarity. I like your choice of POV with the orange and yellow predominating in the bottom half, whereas the upper half is mainly green. Regards. Klaudio.
