Hi Alex,
Nice, the early pinkish/red light in the white water is a real bonus, the light on the rocks is fantastic.
I like your composition, the balance between the water and the rocks works well.
I can see you were after a moody shot, but for me, I'd like to have seen some part of the rocks in focus, having everything soft takes away some of the impact of the long exposure on the water. But hey, I'm a pretty straight sort of guy.
Good job, it's up there.
